… and be innovative …

… to create eco-friendly, healthy workplaces.

My mom was a champion of work, workplace organization, waste elimination, and circular economy, as we would put it today. I learned this from early childhood.

Therefore, it is not surprising that I love organizing, streamlining processes, applying lean management, improving efficiency and effectiveness. My mission is to focus on what adds value, and to eliminate everything that does not. Last but not least, this is also eco-friendly, and it can be very inspiring, especially when you involve people and create teams with people who cooperate across functions. And building bridges between opposites, as could be the case for technical and transversal skills, is very exciting and often leads to innovative ideas.

This is where the Erasmus+ Project WIN – Workplace Innovation Manager comes in.

My company, IP-International GmbH, has been invited to be a partner in this project whose purpose is to create a new professional profile – the Workplace Innovation Manager – and, consequently, design training courses to become certified Workplace Innovation Managers.

This is a joint effort to provide businesses and their employees with tools that help them create a work environment where employees’ wellbeing goes hand in hand with the companies’ (and customers’) success, and eco-friendliness. In other words, a WIN-WIN-WIN solution.

In my opinion, success should always go hand in hand with wellbeing. Otherwise, what kind of success would it be?

Do you agree with me? If so, take time to follow the 15-minute webinar to learn more about how to become a certified Workplace Innovation Manager.
