Let’s Connect

I have always followed my passions. I am always eager to learn and innovate, discover, untap, and develop peoples’ and organizations’ hidden potential. I love seeing them strive to achieve their goals.

And I love inventing fun ways to do so, like, for example, the “Personal Inner Team” (PIT). This online card game quiz enables individuals and work groups to discover their untapped potential to then develop and use it effectively to reach their individual and organisational goals.

I love building bridges between opposites, technical skills, and transversal skills. And I love streamlining processes and eliminating everything that does not add value. I learned this from early childhood: my mom was a champion of work, workplace organisation, and waste disposal. Therefore, it is not surprising that I love organising, improving efficiency and effectiveness, and focusing on what adds value, eliminating everything that does not

And this can be fun, especially when you involve people and create teams with people who cooperate across functions. This is a joint effort; where my success equals customers’ success and; goes hand in hand with meaningfulness and a fulfilled life.

My motto is ‘Work less, Collaborate and Accomplish more’ or WCA – Work Collaborate Accomplish.

“Tangram symbolises the freedom to create shapes and obtain what we want. Everybody is free to combine what is out there in their own way. It’s minimal design symbolises knowledge”

Passions

Ever since early childhood on I have perceived life as an adventure. I have always been passionate about exploring and learning new things, about different languages, countries, cultures and people.
When I was 15 I came across into a book about meditation and yoga that inspired me so much that I started meditating and have never stopped ever since. It was the starting point for diving deeper into Yoga, Ayurveda, Shiatsu, Shintai, Do-In and Shamanism. Everything that has to do with how we function as human beings, how our body and mind function and how to improve and transcend apparent limitations, excites and inspires me.
This principle is also well represented in all forms of art, from writing, to painting, playing music, dancing or in sports. I love both, arts and sports: playing the piano, dancing tango Argentino, swimming and skiing.
