I’m thrilled to share some exciting updates from my recent endeavors at IP-International GmbH. In a recent Transnational Partner Meeting, we dove headfirst into the challenges of efficient project management. Things like the overwhelming workload, remote communication snags, and the vital need for interdisciplinary teamwork were front and center.

To tackle these hurdles, I suggested diving into the world of Scrum. It’s not just a buzzword—it’s a game-changer. During my recent lecture at Heidelberg University, I had the pleasure of diving deep into how Scrum can transform project management.

At Heidelberg, I talked about more than just methodologies; I delved into sustainability and cross-functionality—topics near and dear to my heart. It isn’t just about ticking off boxes; it’s about aligning values and making real impacts on resource management and environmental stewardship.

For me, this isn’t just a job—it’s a calling. Managing time, energy, and our planet’s resources effectively is crucial, and Scrum helps me do just that.

For those of you looking to become a Scrum Master or dive deeper into agile practices, do not hesitate to drop me a line.
