Is it Urgent or Important? Understanding the difference between “important” and “urgent” allows you to avoid falling into the trap of finding yourself doing everything, or almost everything, at the last minute, working poorly and suffering from high levels of stress … not to mention how you feel at the end of the day.
By learning the difference between urgency and importance using the Eisenhower’s matrix, you will be able to use a sound method of managing tasks and time available. And you will get your work done on time.
You will also learn how to identify and reduce interruptions and eliminate distractions.
