A Company Is Only as Good as the Skills of Its People
Just like individuals, organisations need to change to keep up with emerging challenges. For organisations this is a much more complex and challenging task involving different stakeholders who ideally should be aligned.
The greater the ability to anticipate, adapt and pull on the same string, the greater the chances of long-term success.
I have learned from experience that active involvement and cross-functional collaboration of all stakeholders in an organisation reduces change-related resistance to the lowest possible level while increasing flexibility and creativity.
When the leadership manages to make sure stakeholders understand the destination of their journey is headed and why they are going there, when stakeholders are involved and their suggestions and arguments are listened to, then they will feel more engaged in taking a proactive role in the change process. When the stakeholders’ needs for guidance, security and development are taken into account, change processes are not hindered.
I will support you with a participatory and creative approach in which the knowledge carriers of your organisation are heard and joint sustainable solutions can be developed.
