While it is true that we cannot possibly not communicate, it is also true that those who have not received specific training in this area do not communicate purposefully and do not keep in mind that their description of reality and their use of words most likely do not match those of their interlocutors.
Untrained communicators tend to assume that they have expressed themselves well and clearly.
Starting with active listening, you will learn to recognize your own filters and those of others, thus succeeding in turning effective communication into a real challenge.
You will learn how to consciously and purposefully use the typical tools of verbal, non-verbal, and para-verbal communication to reduce misunderstandings, make communication effective, and improve collaboration while nurturing interpersonal relationships and team spirit.
