Gaining an understanding of what makes learning deep and sustainable so that the time invested is not wasted means that learning is an enriching experience on a professional and personal level.
Individuals are not always aware of all the resources that are available to them. It is quite common that knowledge and competencies are available but untapped. Discovering your own learning and working styles or your “Personal Inner Team” enables you to make the most of all the knowledge and skills at your disposal. You can thus develop them and acquire new ones in a conscious, systematic and sustainable fashion.
In order to develop every individual’s knowledge and skills, we always start from what is available and not from what is missing.
This approach reduces resistance to change and accelerates learning. It also improves the active use and application of knowledge and skills.
Participants will develop their own personal learning and working styles, i.e., the “Personal Inner Team”, through digital game-based learning (see presentation on the “Personal Inner Team”).
